Is it leakproof?

he liner in the backpack is leakproof, but the zippered closure is not. We recommend using ice packs rather than wet ice.

Is it waterproof?

The material is weather resistant and easy to clean. The zipper closure is not waterproof and we do not recommend submerging it.

How do I clean it?

Clean it with a soft cloth and a mixture of mild soap and warm water. For tougher stains, scrub with a soft brush. DO NOT put it in the dishwasher.
